8. FEEDBACK

All feedback or comments sent to CruiseWatchers.com (e.g., ideas, suggestions, content) become our sole property. You thus waive any rights to such feedback and grant us unlimited rights to use or modify it without obligation to compensate you.

9. GOVERNMENT USE

All materials are provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS.” Use or duplication by U.S. Government entities is subject to applicable regulations acknowledging our proprietary rights.

Providers are independent contractors; we aren’t liable for their acts or omissions.
CRUISEWATCHERS.COM AND PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from use of the Site or Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
If liability cannot be excluded by law, total liabilities are capped at US $250.
Some jurisdictions do not allowcaps or exclusions; in such cases, these may not apply to you.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CruiseWatchers.com, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of the Site.

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Governing Law: State of Florida, U.S.A.
Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by confidential arbitration in Orange County, Florida under AAA rules, with award enforceable in courts.
Jurisdiction: You consent to jurisdiction exclusive to Florida state or federal courts for any non-arbitrable disputes or injunctive relief.
No Class Actions: Arbitration must be individual; class or representative proceedings are not permitted.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Severability: Invalid provisions will be reformed; all others remain enforceable.
Waiver: Any delay or failure in enforcing rights is not a waiver unless in writing.
Assignment: CruiseWatchers.com may assign these Terms; you may not without written consent.
Entire Agreement: These Terms plus referenced documents form the complete agreement.
Not an Agency: These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency with CruiseWatchers.com.
Compliance: All obligations subject to applicable governmental regulation and legal process. We cooperate with legal demands.
UN Convention Exclusion: The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods doesn't apply here.
Electronic Notices: You consent to receive all notices electronically.

19. PRICING POLICIES & PROMOTIONS

Changes in Price/Availability: Offers are based on supplier terms and subject to change or cancellation.
Eligibility Criteria: Discounts (e.g., resident, senior, military, past traveler) depend on eligibility; false or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation or charges.
Promotional Offers: Availability of onboard credits, vouchers, or bonus features is subject to verification and provider policies.
Non-combinability: Certain promotions can't be combined; any changes may void discounts.
Promo Validity: Offers are limited to new bookings and subject to supplier terms.
