There are a variety of treatments in addition to sauna and steam rooms, and the Technogym® exercise center has a full-time teacher available for individualized workouts.

Crystal Aurora Spa

The spa provides a variety of health and cosmetic services for both men and women. Complete sauna and steam room facilities are available, along with a range of services like Swedish massage, aromatherapy, aqua meditation, exfoliation, and reflexology. Only appointments are accepted for treatments.

Crystal Life Fitness

In addition to a wide selection of professional weights and Technogym® workout equipment, they have a 3,000+ square foot fitness center, weight room, and aerobics studio that also offers panoramic views of the sea. They also provide yoga, mat pilates, and spinning classes as part of the wellness program. The full-time fitness director on board the ships provides a range of cardio, stretching exercises, and fitness guidance.

Golf Driving Nets

How about a golf game? With the help of a certified PGA golf pro, available on most cruises, you can improve your game. You can rent a set of TaylorMade® clubs at the concierge desk for personal use while in port, or you can purchase them from the sports director or golf pro.

Wimbledon Court (Paddle Tennis and Pickleball)

Have a great time playing in the pickleball court and try your hand at full-sized paddle tennis. Crystal Serenity has two big courts available on the ship to spend plenty of time having fun.
