The new Star of the Sea presents the best rides at sea with unmatched thrills right on the deck. There are many spots on the cruise where you can have fun onboard, like the Crown’s Edge. It is an aerial adventure where you get to be right above the sea, supported with ropes and safety belts. The ship also boasts the largest water park at sea with six record-breaking slides. Crown's Edge

Are you ready to step on the edge of bravery? Star of Seas cruise ship is the only ship that has Crown’s Edge, a fear-inducing challenge where you get to skywalk, supported by the ropes, until you reach the very edge of the ship. It is a test of your courage; you can witness the crashing waves below if you dare to look down. When you are least expecting it, the floor beneath your feet will be removed, and you will have the absolute thrill of hanging at sea. It is one of the lifetime experiences, and not everyone can pull it off. There are many other exclusive adventure activities onboard designed especially for teens, where they can party at Social020, chill at the gaming lounge, and binge-watch movies at the karaoke bonanza.

 

Waterpark

The Category 6 waterpark onboard Star of Seas is known for having six record-breaking slides. It is a great place for fun lovers, where you can spend the most thrilling time of your cruise with family, friends, or even solo. Located in the Thrill Island neighborhood on Deck 16, this area offers attractions for all ages, with dedicated children's spaces like Splashaway Bay and Playscape. There is an additional fee for the tickets to the waterpark; you can make reservations after getting on board.

 

The Cove Pool

Situated on Deck 15, the Cove Pool aboard Royal Caribbean's Star of the Seas is a calm, relaxation-focused space that features a distinctive glass wall for panoramic sea views and an infinity-style disappearing edge for breathtaking ocean views. This section has a wading area, in-pool loungers, and tropically styled domed daybeds for shade. It offers a laid-back atmosphere with easy access to the nearby Chill Island and is ideally situated close to The Lime and Coconut bar and El Loco Fresh for poolside drinks. The largest pool at sea is the Royal Bay Pool on the Star of the Seas, which is situated on Deck 15 on Chill Island and has almost 40,000 gallons of water with in-water loungers. With tiered whirlpools providing stunning views and food and drink options close by, this huge pool is a haven for sun worshippers and those seeking relaxation. The pool is located at Chill Island, the ship's dedicated pool and leisure area, and offers plenty of space for visitors to unwind or engage in other activities.

Cloud 17

A luxurious hideaway on the upper deck, Cloud 17 is a place to aim high. With a private pool, lots of padded loungers and daybeds, and exclusive access to The Lime and Coconut bar, this luxurious sanctuary reaches a new level of sophistication. For a little extra enjoyment, there's also a cantilevered whirlpool situated over Chill Island. AquaDome

Located on the Star of the Seas ship, Absolute Zero is Royal Caribbean's largest and most sophisticated ice-skating arena. Using digitally mapped projections, the arena is transformed into a variety of imaginative locations, including an ice rink where spectators may skate themselves and see amazing family-friendly acts that feature daring flips, jumps, and spins.
